Any person who is 13 years of age or more is eligible to sign up for the application. The user shall provide valid email address and other information that may be required. The user is liable to promptly update the information if any change happens to the information.
If you are not satisfied with the services of the Pomoroom, you can opt out at any time and delete the account. The responsibility for deletion of the account lies upon you. You can delete the account by going into the settings. This will trigger the deletion of the account. We do not use any of our user data for any other purposes. Any other form of communication for deletion of account will not be considered valid, i.e email etc.
Pomoroom aims to give you great services. Pomoroom is provided on “As Is” And “As Available” basis. But we do all in our power to provide you with optimum user experience.
We don't exclude or limit our liability to you where it would be illegal to do so; this includes any liability for the gross negligence, fraud or intentional misconduct of Pomoroom. In countries where the following types of exclusions aren't allowed, we're responsible to you only for losses and damages that are a reasonably foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill or our breach of our contract with you. This paragraph doesn't affect consumer rights that can't be waived or limited by any contract or agreement.
In countries where exclusions or limitations of liability are allowed, Pomoroom won't be liable for:

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Pomoroom from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third-party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms of Service or the documents they incorporate by reference, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
The user shall not reproduce, duplicate, sell, reverse engineer, resell, or exploit the Application or any portion thereof, including its use and access, for any commercial purposes.
Pomoroom exists to allows users to study together with pomodoro technique. Each participant in our community is responsible for maintaining these standards. Violations of our rules may result in consequences such as account restrictions and suspension of your account. We've created standards defining and prohibiting content that is harmful or inappropriate for our users.
We do not allow room or accounts that engage in the following restricted categories of activity:
We don't allow rooms that contain or promote sexual content or profanity, including pornography, or any content or services intended to be sexually gratifying. Content that contains nudity may be allowed if the primary purpose is educational, documentary, scientific or artistic and is not gratuitous.
We don't allow rooms that promote violence, or incite hatred against individuals or groups based on race or ethnic origin, religion, disability, age, nationality, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, or any other characteristic that is associated with systemic discrimination or marginalisation.
We don't allow content that depict or facilitate gratuitous violence or other dangerous activities.
We do not allow spam on Pomoroom. All spam will be immediately removed from Pomoroom, without notification
We do not allow rooms or accounts that engage in facilitation of copyright violation
We do not allow deceptive conduct on Pomoroom. This includes:
We do not allow rooms promoting the sexual or violent exploitation of minors, including the sexualization of fictional minors.
We don't allow rooms that facilitate threats, harassment, or bullying. For example:
